Range of CNC services
At GANTAR obdelava kovin d.o.o., we mostly perform turning on CNC lathes and processing on a CNC milling centre. We process individual pieces as well as larger series, depending on customer requirements. We process different materials: aluminium, all types of metal and also materials made from plastics.
We can produce turned pieces from rods, individual processing of pieces and processing of aluminium castings.
We offer our customers:
- delivery of laser cutoff pieces that we further refine,
- processing of customer-owned materials,
- production of turned pieces, with the option of thermal processing and finishing with grinding
- production of complex pieces that is based on several processes (in our workshop, we already produce one such complex piece which is based on several operations):
– delivery of materials,
– CNC turning,
– CNC milling,
– certification by an external certified welder,
– additional processing after welding (final shape CNC turning),
– surface protection of pieces applied by external contractors (powder coating, zincing, etc.),
– packaging of pieces with protective nets,
– personal delivery to the customer.
These are the services we offer at the moment to provide our customers with the complete production of pieces by our company. We achieve customer satisfaction with the high quality of our products and punctual delivery dates.
